Alice Mesnard
Quantitative Evaluations, Evaluation of Development Programmes
Alice Mesnard has in-depth experience of quantitative evaluations. She has worked with complex data sets for impact analyses of development programmes, such as the conditional cash transfer programme 'Familias en Accion' in Colombia. She is currently senior economist at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and teaches in both France and the United Kingdom. Her research focuses on economic development, policy evaluation and migration. She holds a PhD with highest honours from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Paris.
