ECOPA Director Featured in Corsica Magazine

Charles Vellutini, Managing Director of ECOPA, is featured in Corsica Magazine this month. In an article titled, Les 3 (mauvaises) raisons qui plombent l’économie locale, Charles discusses economic challenges facing Corsica. Charles says: “The issue of insularity is overplayed! What matters to 21st century integrated economies are externalities, possibilities to access experiences, knowledge and a fluid exchange of ideas, and the opportunity to be in contact with centers of creativity.”
