Luc Veyssiere Joins ECOPA staff

ECOPA is excited to announce the newest addition to our core team, Project Manager, Luc Veyssiere. Luc is an exceptionally gifted quantitative economist who specializes in econometric modeling. He has published several articles in leading economics journals including the European Review of Agricultural Economics and the American Journal of Agricultural Economics.
Luc obtained his Diplôme d’Ingénieur des Techniques Agricoles at ENESAD in France and a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in the United States. Most recently, he recently obtained his PhD in Economics from Iowa State University.
For his first mission as part of the ECOPA team, Luc will be joining Charles Vellutini and Frédéric Puech on their upcoming project: “Study of Marginal effective tax rates in WAEMU member countries.”
