Technical assistance to Pacific ACP states for their market access offers for EPA negotiations

The overall objective of this project is to assist PACPS to prepare their EPA trade in goods market access offers. For this project, ECOPA has constructed/updated the EPA Data Tool used to formulate trade in goods offers; and train the 7 PACPS on how to use/update the Data Tool.
